Finding a good fit for therapy is critical for getting the care you need, which is why I offer a free 15minute consultation call. During this call, we will discuss your needs, I will give you some information about my practice and answer any questions that may arise. My goal as a counselor is to provide a space that is safe for vulnerable thoughts and feelings and clinical care to address the issues and symptoms causing you distress.
