Dr. Jennifer Herbst, PhD, LCP
Battling with OCD and anxiety can make you feel stuck. You may feel trapped by routines and rituals you know don’t make sense but feel compelled to do anyway—just in case. You may be avoiding activities you know deep down aren’t dangerous, but the risk feels too great to approach the situation. Your mind is likely racing with all the worst-case-scenarios that you just can’t seem to quiet.
I am passionate about helping individuals break the cycle of anxiety and OCD through evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, ERP). Additionally, I also enjoy helping clients work through concerns like trauma and eating disorders. I also offer assessments for concerns like autism and ADHD.
Seeking help is a sign of true strength. I am happy to answer any questions and help in any way I can!
